5 stars for our aircon replacement crew Alex and Zac. They were bang on time and worked efficiently and tirelessly from go to whoa. Communication was clear in simple terms without being condescending. They were right on point in explaining the job and Alex guided me professionally and with practical consideration of my desire for the indoor and outdoor units location. I was treated respectfully, like part of their team. Alex and Zac worked precisely and cleanly like a well-oiled machine. Their care for our home was obvious at all times. This was particularly evident when they came across issues even though they had to traipse nonstop through mud to remove the old outdoor unit and install the new one in tight circumstances. We feel fortunate to have had such skilled and conscientious young tradespeople work on our home. Well done fellas and thank you very much. We had Shawn from Elk Electrical come out and complete some insurance work on our property at Helensvale. Shawn was an absolute legend, who got stuck in and got the job done. It wouldn't have been easy but he did an amazing job. The completed works look awesome, and he was super nice to deal with. Highly recommend Shawn and Elk Electrical for such professional service.
