We had a great experience with Electrx 🙂 Bill came around to give us a quote, and he was very thorough, offering great suggestions and picking up on issues we hadn't considered. Between the quote and the actual job we contacted their office a few times and Cindy was always on the ball and extremely responsive. They also managed to save us money on parts 🙂 On the day of the job, it was a full production, with at least 4 people working at all times. The job was meant to last 1.5days, they finished it in 1 (long) day! And it was an exceptionally well done job. Even when something slightly unexpected was discovered, Bill had solutions for me to choose from and that he could implement. So, great team when it comes to the technical aspects of the job. But a job is not just "doing the job", it's also how you interact with your customer. And oh boy did they smash it out of the park. The entire team was extremely polite and friendly throughout, and really tried to make my life easier. They even gave me a portable battery I could power my laptop from so I could keep working when they turned the power off. One last remark - I couldn't help but overhearing how well the team was working together. The apprentice was being taught and shown things and given suggestions by Adam and Bill, and Bill was mentoring his employees with praise for things well done and encouragement to always take the time to do things *right* and well. 100% would recommend 🙂

Bill, Cynthia and the whole Electrix team were great to deal with. Fully itemised quote, turned up on time, was able to do some additional last minute works as well. Left the place as clean as they found it. Recommended them for any and all electrical work.

Very pleased with the customer service and electricians. After being told by a previous electrician that they were unable to fix the job, Abdullah came in to have a look and fixed it with no fuss. He is fantastic! If you need an electrician I highly recommend giving Electrx a call!
