Peter helped me out with an electrical issue that turned out to be much more complicated than we realised. He was prompt, friendly, and great at letting me know what he was doing and why. I’d recommend him! Oh - and he spotted & addressed a potentially serious issue that several previous electricians had missed. Phew!

I posted an electrical job I required (for the installation of several new power outlets on a new and dedicated circuit) on a service seeking site and promptly received a phone call from Peter, who took the time to listen to my exact needs, then made an appointment to come inspect the site the next day to ensure we were both well informed about the job. I must include that I had to cancel that appointment last minute, but Peter was very understanding and accommodating and simply rescheduled, and then promptly arrived on time for the revised appointment. He then took the time to ask questions and to fully understand the exact use and application, before explaining my options, and also affording his expert advice. Based on that advice and my resulting decisions, he left with the promise to return a quote that night, which also subsequently and promptly arrived on time. A couple of queries (and respectful responses) later, I knew I had found the sparky I was looking. Again on time, Peter arrived the next morning and set about efficiently and accurately completing the job, to my exact specs and wishes, all the while engaging in friendly chat.... but without too much chat (he read the room perfectly). I was very satisfied with the job done and the work ethic exhibited, and the final icing on the cake was the attention to detail when cleaning up after the job. I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with AB & BW. This might sound like a paid advertisement, but I assure you this is genuine and that after many experiences with many trades over my time, I felt compelled to write this review based on an exemplary customer experience. I highly recommend, without reservation.

We used Peter from AB & BW to install some ceiling fans, up/down lights, and also a motion sensor spotlight at our home. Peter was very professional to deal with, prices were fair and reasonable to the work we asked Peter to do. Will 100% get Peter back to do any electrical work we may have in future.
