Glen and the lads went out of their way to help me, after a shocking logistics company PS Logistics. Dumped my ute from Brisbane in their yard-no details for me even. PS Logistics then lied for weeks about attempted deliveries the last leg-TSV-Ingham-Police advise to give deadline for reporting stolen finally got location in TSV. Glen and his worker who helped work out mechanism of the roof damage by negligent handling by the cowboys with a red truck. Confirmed had sat unmoved for more than several weeks. Even posing in a photo to counter possible denial by cowboy operators. Thank you Glen and crew.

The whole experience was superb end to end. The corporate staff were always professional and helpful, approachable. They were prompt and to the point on such an important service, which provided reassurance. On the day the removalists were on time, full of energy, positive and clearly knew what they were doing. They went through the house, surveyed the property and came up with the best plan to pack the truck. They were so impressive, they didn’t stop, I even caught one jogging up the stairs. So don’t be put off by the hourly rate, their commitment to get it done quickly but safely is there. Would definitely use again.

What a fantastic company, had a very unfortunate experience with another removalist and at the last minute I had to get Dawson's to do my move and just wanted to say a big thank you. The service I received from my very first phone call through to the delivery at the other end was exceptional. I also want to mention that my driver, Brendan is an absolute asset to your business, very helpful, hard worker and extremely talented with his driving skills in very tight spaces, completely amazed me, he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Dawson's and if I ever move again, I will only use this company.

Excellent communication, truck arrived on time, 3 well mannered, strong men, who moved the furniture quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Billed for part of an hour with no rounding up. Would recommend. Reasonable pricing.

Our journey with Dawson’s began nearly 3yrs ago after selling our house in Bluewater, Townsville. Dawsons were quick efficient & professional. I was very worried about our leather lounge & white goods getting mouldy. They assured us everything would be fine as they wrap everything appropriately. Initially we were only supposed to have an our goods stored for about 6mths. It rapidly turned into almost 3yrs due to Covid & building delays with our new house renovation. Today we received everything at our new place on Magnetic Island. Not only was the furniture in good condition apart from a little dust, the white goods all worked perfectly once reconnected. There was no mould on anything especially the leather lounge. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for that Dawsons. Junior & T’arl came on time today & worked in a very accomodating manor helping us with all our requests. Everything was done with a can do attitude & a smile on their faces. Even taking our old fridge downstairs. They were pleasantly surprised that only a fridge & bed had to be moved upstairs. You guys made our removal, storage & relocation today a pleasure & we would highly recommend you to anyone planning on removals & storage, especially for long periods like us. Dawson could not have been more helpful, both during the uplift in the rain in Brisbane, and at delivery in Townsville. Nothing was a problem to any of the team members, and the water damage (obviously due to the rain at uplift) on one sofa was promptly and efficiently dealt with within hours of delivery and without requiring an application for insurance. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible!! Do not use this company!! I used Dawson's to move a large house worth of furniture in which, upon arrival, 90% of my furniture was badly damaged, scraped and/or broken. After giving me the run around and becoming difficult to communicate with, they eventually sent a letter saying their insurance company had rejected my claim and they would not cover the damages. I have used multiple moving companies prior to this and after this and have never had an issue. A scrape here or there is no big deal, it can be expected. Not with Dawson's though. Essentially, I paid Dawson's A LOT of money to damage my personal possessions. Best you go with someone else, anyone else! Reply: I moved from Townsville! It was 100% your company. I have no interest in hearing what you have to say unless you are going to do the right thing, as you should have done in the first place, and cover my loss and damages caused by your company.
