Andy has done a great work with our concreting. He is punctual, honest and professional; arriving on time, doing the measurements, and providing a quotation promptly. Price is also competitive. Andy kept his word and completed the job exactly as promised. Even when additional small works were needed, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. His team worked tirelessly, checked in with us throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and honest. Thank you, Andy - I’ll definitely use your service again!

Andy was professional and helpful. He came to my place to assess and take measurements. The next day he sent the quote. We agreed on starting date. Andy has great team of workers who worked tirelessly to complete the job. They cut the concrete cleared the debris and prepared the area for new concrete. I highly recommend Andy and and his team

Andy and the team were awesome! My partner and I are extremely happy with the job. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate any changes and requests. They were very professional, prompt and the staff were very friendly. A great result all round!

Andy was very prompt to attend to my request for a quote. In fairness he was one of the few who replied to our request on hi pages and other sites. That’s where the positives end unfortunately. The concrete was laid on a warm day. It was boxed in the morning and laid late on the day. In between completing the boxing and pouring there was about a 5 hour gap. One of the ‘concreters’ knocked on my door after boxing and asked for beers for everyone. I’m reasonable so given that it was warm I gave them a six pack of lights. Andy arrived shortly after the beers came out and had one himself. I had to leave to go out to dinner. I left around 5:40pm. When I left pouring had not started. I noted that reo was sitting directly on the ground and asked my wife to call me if they did not raise it onto stirrups or pull it up with a hook. She rang me soon after I left saying that that was not happening and sent me a video of the concreters NOT doing this. I rang Andy who did get them to go back over their work and pull the REO into the work as should have been done in the first place. It puts into doubt the quality of the workers he employs. I found out later that Andy’s employees were also telling my wife to get them cups of tea. She didn’t. The concrete started to crack the very next day. I expect concrete to crack but, as one of Andy’s employees said, this amount of cracking was next level. They were everywhere! Andy did agree to fix the cracks. After a few weeks of allowing the concrete to go off he sent two of his team back who mixed a slurry of cement which they poured over the cracks leaving what looked like giant worms over the concrete. The next day they were to come back and paint the concrete after sanding the ‘worms’ down. They did not. So In short what I am left with is a finish that is very uneven, incomplete and embarrassing to look at. A picture tells a thousand words so you can make your own decision but I could not, in good conscience, recommend Andy to complete work at others homes. I suggest staying away from this company. P.S. after messaging Andy and sharing my disappointment he asked me to pay the balance before he would return to do any further work to repair. He needed the money to pay employees and suppliers. I do not care about the cash flow problems associated with his business. I refuse to pay for quality work when quality work has not been completed. I am happy to pay when the job is completed satisfactorily. Andy will say that he has tried everything he can to fix the problem. Again the reality of what we are left with is in the pics. I will add some more pics of how the job looks now. More cracks showing up and the repaired cracks are opening up again.

*EDIT* You are such a liar Andy. The person that was going to do my concrete injured himself and we were sick of waiting for him to recover. I should have waited for him as he doesn’t hire workers on a 457 visa and pay them peanuts! He would have done a much better job than your unskilled workers did. Yes, someone had stepped on the wet concrete but you wouldn’t answer our calls, very unprofessional of you. Your workers could have had a bucket of water with a rag to wipe off the splatter as they were pouring like any professional concreter would do. Your workers couldn’t be bothered! Your worker was not assaulted, he was asked to finish cleaning the splatter he left behind and became aggressive when approached, being a Saturday afternoon, he obviously wanted to go home. A great sign of a lazy worker. I asked for charcoal and I got light grey. It’s a big difference. You thought you could rip me off by saying that you would paint and seal it when you knew I didn’t want that. I have everything on camera. Video of the mess that was left by your lazy worker, before and after, the confrontation he had with my husband. Even the day you ordered the wrong concrete then didn’t have enough to complete the job. So who is the uneducated person? You. See you at VCAT where they will have all the footage from the start to the end of the job. Dodgy work done by Northland Constructions. Didn’t clean the concrete splatter as they were pouring. Came back to clean, this is what the left behind. Asked for charcoal, got light grey. Keep well away from this company, very unprofessional.

Andy and his team did a great job despite multiple issues on the site and bad weather. Their turnaround time was great, and they completed the job as promised. I could reach them anytime and they quickly attended to the site to address the request. I strongly recommend them for the best and affordable concrete and landscaping solutions.
