Gavin had a very poorly poured exposed new concrete driveway & floating steps to rectified by grinding. He excelled and nothing was a problem. We are very pleased with our outcome and can recommend CONDEC Thanks Gavin
CONDEC have done an amazing job on our floor, in our new clinic fit-out. We have an "epoxy-flake floor" which looks fabulous and is super easy to clean. They completed the job before the required date, and left the property cleaner than when they arrived. The CONDEC team were responsive on email, and provided a competitive quote. If you are looking for an awesome floor for your business I would highly recommend them.
We gave the house a bit of a facelift and had Gavin resurface our driveway and apply an epoxy coating to our garage floor. We wish we had done this sooner! Not happy with work guarantee by Condec. 2024 - I am still waiting for Gavin to return to rectify drainage issue created from work done by Condec. Last June Gavin did return after months of ignoring my communications. He confirmed issue and said work would be carried out after school holidays 2023. In March 2024 ran into Gavin at local shops by chance. Gavin would have kept walking if i hadn't said anything. Again the promise that he would come around. August 2024 - I am not holding my breath. These works were meant to last 10 years.
Thank you Gavin for your great work resurfacing our backyard and pool area. It is like a different house. We love it and we highly recommend you to all. As I mentioned you were the second cleanest tradesman I have had (the first being my husband) !! Ha ha !! The effort and professional work you displayed was truly a credit to you. I have used Gavin from Condec on two occasions in two homes and will always use him agss as in should the need arise. He is punctual and honest. His work is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.
