We've had the pleasure of having Mik and Team complete our concrete around the entire house and also some landscaping for our backyard recently. Mik was very meticulous and had everything planned step by step before he even started the job. He was also very articulate explained each and every part of the job to us. Him and his team are very professional and passionate people, who takes care and pride in their work. Their attributes are reflected in the quality of workmanship, the end result of the job speaks for itself. Not only that, Mik goes above and beyond and checks in with us to see how everything is going and gives us his prosfessional advice to help us maintain our lawn. He made recommendations to add extra pathways along side my house which have added value to our outdoor area. He also fixed my broken drains after flagging it with me. We are absolutely thrilled with our new concrete - Mik and team were amazing throughout the whole process. The quality of the work is top notch and their eye for detail is something that is hard to find these days. Job was completed today and I wanted to get this review logged as soon as possible - Mik is knowledgeable about all other trades and exercises great care in the excavation and disposal of soil (very careful around pipes and other services). The scope of the full job was: - 1.6m cross over extension per council drawings (Brimbank council passed the prep work immediately upon inspection, absolutely no issues) - 6m sliding gate concrete at 200mm depth - concrete behind garage and shed base - concrete pathway all around perimeter of house - soil excavation and removal from site Mik is genuinely a nice person, softly spoken and was competitively priced. Always responsive and easy to reach. He was very fair and flexible with additional requests and a can-do attitude. I will be strongly recommending him to friends and family and hope you consider him when looking for quotes. His colleague Alan was fantastic too, very thoughtful, polite and they worked with great care.
