It is infact not always pumping. False advertising. VERY SAD.

I have personally observed this team in action, and I must say, their expertise in maintaining and operating high-tech equipment is truly impressive. They handle time-sensitive workloads with exceptional skill, consistently delivering high-quality results. What stands out most is their unwavering professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service throughout the project.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called advising I had never ordered a pump before. Advised I needed it at 11am at the latest. Was assured a call to confirm if first it second off the rank. On the day no call. Called and was promised a call back in 30 minutes. No call. Called back again and was promised a call in 2 minutes. No call. Called back. Was told around 3.30 pm. They then blamed me saying I should have known what second off the rank meant! Cancelled and did it with Wheel barrow as could not wait as tradies waiting. Added: Not surprised at the lies in the response. None of what they claim was told to me. I was not promised a call IF a pump was available. What a lot of total rubbish. One lie after the other. PS: I was advised by the tradies who do this for a living that second off the rank is normally 10 am.

Friendly Team at always pumping. Used them over the last 10 years great people. Unfortunately all pumping companies are only as good as the mess they leave behind. 5 stars if you invent a way to take your left over concrete away with you. 4 stars for 0.2 left over 3 stars for the entire line of concrete blown out on the jobsite 2 stars for the entire line and half a hopper blown out on the jobsite. 1 star for a full hopper and entire line blown out on the job site. Its minimum 4 hour hire for bobcat and tipper on every second pump job. Do what the average pumpy does you can only expect an average review.

They cost me $3700 because they send operator with sour leg , and he didn't do 10 meter of core filling blocks with scaffolding the hights was 1.1 meter unbelievable and they fight and charged for cancellation when using concrete PUMP use someone you know more safe I learned late.

WORST PUMPING CO My first attempt at booking a pump was last year where the site had a slope I kept being told this job is s nightmare without them looking at the site I was told they were going to get me a pump and never did After waiting days I called another company The other company sent someone to look at the site same day and had the pump out the next day My second attempt was this week on another job I called last week and had it booked for Monday They cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday then they called and cancelled again It was booked for Wednesday and pumping co is supposed to confirm pump arrival so as to confirm concrete I called them and I was told they didn’t have a pump It s been 3 days of them wasting man hrs on my part which is loss of 3 days work The way the manager speaks to his clients leaves a lot to be desired I definitely would not recommend this company
