Jim was great to deal with and fit our job in at short notice. We are so pleased with the result of our mechanical polishing. Jim also went out of his way to complete extra patching work to make sure our floor was ready for the installation of joinery.

Jim from Con Seal is reliable, honest and does a fantastic job. He did an epoxy flake floor on our undercover patio and a concrete hone and seal on the pool surround. From the outset he turned up when he said he would, gave us an honest appraisal and a reasonable price. Weather wasn’t kind to us but he worked hard to get the job finished as quickly as he could. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Highly recommended to anyone looking for polished concrete or epoxy flooring.

We have just paid to have our concrete redone by another company after Con Seal made a mess of our pool area. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend to anyone. We had them grind and seal our pool area but they didn’t do a proper job. When we returned after the job was completed you could see all the dust that wasn’t washed away before sealing and was now trapped underneath. When I contacted Jim to express my disappoint and request that it be remedied he told me my concrete was old and it was the best he could do. Fast forward a year and I decided to get a couple of quotes to see if it could be fixed. All company’s that quoted told me that not only had the sealing not been completed properly but even the grinding hadn’t been done well enough. We have now paid another company to redo the job and couldn’t be happier, although we are poorer having to shell out for the same job twice! It looks a million times better and won’t be susceptible to the mould that we had been suffering from due to the original job being botched. If you want your job done properly the first time, look elsewhere!

We could not be happier with Jim’s polished concrete. We were lucky enough to get Jim for our 80s home reno through a builder . Jim is obsessed with the trade and every morning started with passionate discussion of the steps and work to take place . Jim kept us a part of the project asking about final sheen and cut depth. The work is extremely high quality and I can’t stop staring at the floor with a smile

There are more reliable and better polished concrete service providers about. There is nothing fraudulent about this review. True I wasn't a client but that was because Con Seal left me in the lurch at the last moment for a spurious reason. Also, it told me something I wanted done couldn't be done. The business I ended up engaging did what I wanted and did a good job. So in the end Con Seal did me a favour by pulling the pin.
