Here is an honest review! I am not going to start off like all the rest with the exact same wording "Ash and his team this" Ash and his team that"......." They responded quick and squeezed in the job the next day! We could not believe how fast they did the job, it looked so rushed! We found him very aloof and quite abrupt in his dealings. He was in a rush. The whole job of concreting was done in a couple hours! When we got the tiler to come around to quote to lay tiles he said this was the worst job he'd seen and all the levels were wrong and the drain way too high. The tiler said he could fix it by adding a layer to raise the levels, which has ended up costing more than it would've have cost had proficient concreting done the job properly. We had previously asked him to come around and fix the drain, which he slapped in another layer of concrete quite roughly and demanded we pay the balance owing anyway. His whole mannerisms were so rude. We went by the reviews on here, and there was only one other bad review that was the exact same experience as ours! I find that very informative! This is a platform for honest reviews and we have the right to express ours. So in short, their bad concrete job ended up me having to pay more in another area to fix it.
