We thought how could a concrete transaction go wrong supporting local? Well they supplied the wrong mix (incorrect slump), asked to arrive early which put our guys under pressure to be ready early, then turned up late. The last straw was calling our office with offensive and abusive language, insulting our guys. And we were the paying customer! We won’t be using you again cranbourne pre mix!!! For you want a smooth transaction go elsewhere. We will be.

The team at Cranbourne Premix have been fantastic to deal with. When I have a time consuming job and I know I’m going to have his truck there for longer periods of time, I let Ange know when I book my concrete in and he makes the truck available for me. They always deliver a quality product and are ALWAYS there at the time they say they will be, unlike most of the other company’s. The one time they were running behind, Ange called me 1.5 hours before my concrete was to arrive to let me know. That gave me the opportunity to let my staff know in adequate time. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment regarding the recent service provided by Cranbourne Premix Concrete. Our experience with your company was nothing short of unpleasant, to say the least. The receptionist we encountered during our interaction was incredibly rude and unprofessional. we were shocked to discover that we had been significantly overcharged for the minimal amount of concrete that was taken back. This blatant disregard for fair pricing and transparent transactions has left us feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with the level of service we received. despite paying for overtime, we were repeatedly contacted and pressured to send the truck back. The entire experience with Cranbourne Premix Concrete has been highly disappointing.
