Great service, very helpful. Definitely recommend
As part of a renovation project we decided to spruce up our patio. I took a sample paver to Caboolture Concretors Warehouse. They recommended Nutech Concrete Paint and were very helpful with the colour selection. Less than a week after the paint had been applied by a professional we noticed it was chipping off. CCW organised a Nutech Rep to come out, who established the paint we were recommended is not designed to go on pavers. We were sold the wrong product ! Now that in itself should be a 1 Star review - however - CCW owned their mistake, refunded the costs for the paint and the labour to have it applied and organised for the paint to be removed at their expense and that deserves this rating. Thank you CCW for dealing with this error so professionally and doing the morally right thing.
