A big thank you to Teagan, and especially to Steph, the manager, who was extremely responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. Their professionalism and clear communication gave us the confidence to proceed with them. On installation day 19th Dec, George was excellent. He professionally removed the old unit, installed the new system, and took the time to explain the major components and how everything works. He also walked us through operating the controller before leaving. Based on our experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend Climatise Heating & Cooling - Cranbourne to anyone looking to install or replace an evaporative cooling system at home.

After contacting several air conditioning businesses, it was immediately clear that this team stands in a league of their own. Steph, the manager, and George, the technician, were absolutely outstanding. They stepped up in a challenging situation that could have left our family struggling in extreme heat, and they handled it with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment to helping us. Both were polite, knowledgeable, and more than willing to go the extra mile. The quality of their workmanship and the level of service provided were second to none. Technician who visited was professional and had excellent people skills. He, George, explained, with photos, his findings and recommendations. Our entire experience with Climatise was positive. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending them.
Unfortunately I can't recommend this company, which is a shame because they came recommended to me by a local business. There were several issues. Pre-sale the communication was great, they were pro-active in following up the quote process and that was part of my decision to go with them. However I paid in full upfront once the decision was made and it all went down hill from there. The installation went reasonably smoothly, except for broken ceiling tiles and a broken wall that they leaned a ladder against. I decided to not follow this up as it felt like too much hassle, but it looks awful and devalues the property. The conduit also looks pretty poorly done on an angle instead of keeping with straight lines, this is in plain sight. During installation I mentioned that the Left head unit wasn't level, the guy insisted it was even though I put a level on it myself. The front panel for this unit was also dropped and turns out it was broken. Fingerprints were left on the front panel too, a sign of them not taking pride in the finish or work. The electrical work was poor too. They kept trying to avoid spreading the load across different phases but finally did it. And when they left I realised they didn't even re-fit the empty space covers, they put tape over them instead, which is probably not safe. After they left I realised one of the conduit bends wasn't even fitted correctly, so I called them to come and fix it. Some weeks went by and I had to follow up several times to get someone to come out. The guy (eventually) turned up at the wrong factory (next door) and blamed me for not being open as their gate was closed. No one bothered to check the address or even call me, I had to phone and ask where they were. The next day they came again and it was then that I realised he went next door. The conduit was pushed in place but still looks poorly done like it could pop out at any time. The head unit was shoved so it looks reasonably straight. The replacement front panel was ordered and no one contacted me to arrange installing it. When I followed up (another several weeks later) a time was booked and once again no one turned up for the repair. I messaged them again and have been told it will be fixed on Monday morning and it was because the guy was sick. I understand being sick but there are others who work there that can take on the job or at very least call me to explain. But the communication has been awful at best since I paid. Climatise has asked me to not post a review so they can learn from in, but these are important for customers and this is entirely genuine. They could have learned many weeks ago but the lack of communication between themselves and me is well below acceptable. The lesson for them is when something goes wrong, do your best to follow up and ensure it's corrected, don't leave it up to the customer to follow up. We pay good money for good service, and I didn't receive that.
We had our ducted heating repaired recently and George was absolutely wonderful. He was honest, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s so refreshing to have a tradesperson who is not only skilled but also genuinely kind and trustworthy.
