Centurion Temporary Fencing

Only good things to say about this business. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Do yourself a favour and try Centurion first when you need temporary fencing in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

We just had these guys out to install our temporary pool fencing and they did an amazing job. I'm so impressed with this company. I'd been supplied non compliant fencing from another company, rang these guys and they were able to deliver the next day. They literally saved the day! Fencing is secure and compliant, a job well done. Would highly recommend.

Needed fence on site urgently so gave these guys a call. Their office staff were extremely helpful and were able to get a truck out to me the next morning. The lads that turned up to install the fence had it up in no time with no dramas. Will definitely be using this company again!!

A quick note to thank the team at Centurion after our boundary fence collapsed during a recent storm that went through our property. We have a number of animals on our property and the guys were quick to respond and set up temporary fence to make sure our animals were safe and secure. I would highly recommend the Centurion team who were very professional and provided quick and friendly service which was great.

This company provided me with temporary fencing for a development property because my usual supplier was not available when I required it. They were unprofessional, disorganised and cost me a penalty when my permanent installation was delayed. Do not use them. The full story is below: The temporary fencing was delivered and installed and all appeared fine. When the development was complete I contacted Centurion and advised that I would be having permanent fencing installed the following week. I was assured that this was plenty of time to have the fence removed and I was asked what day I would like it removed. I said Wednesday would be great and they said it would be removed for the installation of the permanent fence. When I called my tenant Wednesday afternoon the fence was still in place. I called the Centurion and they stated it would be removed first thing Thursday. The temp fence was still in place Thursday evening when I called again and was given another excuse as to why it wasn't removed. The manager said it would be removed first thing Friday. I explained that my fencing contractors would be onsite at 7:00am Friday and if the site wasn't clear they would charge me a $150 penalty. He again assured me that the fence would be removed before they arrived. No surprise that on Friday morning the temp fence was still in position. I called the manager at Centurion again and he stated that the truck was on its way. My contractors kept waiting and eventually left at 9:00am and I was charged a $150 penalty. I called the manager and he promised that Centurion would reimburse the cost of the penalty. I provided my bank details and took his word that he would cover cost of the penalty. Unfortunately that was the last I heard from Centurion and my reimbursement. As I live interstate I attempted to speak with the owner, Steven Wood by telephone on a number of occasions. He finally spoke to me and told me a sad story about how he is having problems with his business and he would attend to it as soon as possible. I agreed and eventually received an email from him stating that the manager was not with the company any more. He agreed in writing to reimburse my $150 penalty. That was a number of weeks ago and unfortunately after a number of further phone calls to Steve Wood I still have not been reimbursed. Steve kept making excuses that the bill was with his accounts girl and he would follow it up. It is clear that Steve never intended to pay the penalty even though agreeing in writing to do so. I have been very disappointed with Steve and his poor customer service, complete lack of integrity and professionalism. Do yourself a favour and go with another company.
