we had our pest control and carpets done yesterday. the technicians were very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend A&A spectrum.

I booked A&A Spectrum to clean my leather lounge on the 5/1122. I called them and left my number but they replied by text messages. They gave me a price then a date that someone would come and that the technician would give me a call before arrival. The booking was on 12/12/22. On that day i prepared by moving the furniture away from the lounge suite so the technician had plenty room to clean. I had not had a call from the technician by then but thought he would call and let me know when he was on the way. The time I was given was between 10 -12. After 10pm I messaged to the person that had booked me in and asked when someone would be here. I received a text back saying unfortunately your booking was not secured without any details ( address etc) and at this stage there is no availability to service your area. I was shocked as I was never asked for my address during the booking and assumed the technician was going to get it when he called me! So I called and spoke to a girl, I told her the story and she couldn’t seem to care less. She said she would get in touch with the technician and see if he could come. Then I received a TEXT to say, sorry the technician does not have availability to fit your job in today. I messaged back to say can you give me another booking date. I heard nothing back. Later that day I called again and the girl said the technician has not got back to her. I was fed up by this time and asked to speak to a manager. She said none were available but someone would call me. 2 days later still no call. I call again still no manager to talk to and still no new booking date. I could not believe it and left it at that. I had wanted my lounge cleaned before Xmas so forget that! Now after Xmas I decide to call again as I was really mad at how I’d been treated. I have called twice and it has gone to message bank. I think they have now blocked me. This company is very unprofessional and I am disappointed the way they have treated me. 11/1/23 I would like to respond to the owners response. You obviously did not read my message properly. I was given a time and date by text message ( which I thought strange as I had called ) and was never asked for my address as I assumed the technician would ask me that when he was supposed to call. I have all the text messages to prove it. If you were a more professional company you would have called me after reading my review instead of trying to make it look like my fault in your response. I have just called you again with no answer. I have left my phone number twice now and you obviously do not want to speak with me. Very poor customer service. Also why has no one called me with a new booking date, I have asked for one since no one turned up on the 12l12/22.
