Very happy with my bond clean. The guys who came out were amazing and worked hard throughout the heat. They left my rental in better condition than what we received it in.

Ahmed's team did an excellent job in performing a Bond clean of our property. I have received my full bond today and I can share that the service provided was A+! The oven was like new and in addition, they also cleaned the walls which was not part of the service! Excellent customer service from Faith who was available every step of the way to ensure the cleaners are on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

Anji and her team was very professional and high attention to detail, my end of lease clean was much better than I expected and even the dusty areas on the door was cleaned. I had my unit in Wolli Creek cleaned by the Exit Cleaners. This was done to an exceptionally high level and I couldn't be happier. Marks that I didn't think could be removed . Very friendly and professional suff who arranged an easy booking. Their price was very competitive. The apartment passed the final inspection with no further cleaning required by the agent and released the bond the same day. Communication was good throughout the process. The team turned up in the 1hr window provided and worked very hard for around 4.5hrs. My wife went to see there work and they were very proud in showing her what they had achieved, walking her around the house. Would definitely use Exit Cleaners again and recommend them to any one needing an end of lease clean.

Horrible service and back and forth with exit cleaners while moving apartments. We initially booked and scheduled an "exit clean" for our bond on moving apartments and paid full price for this. When the cleaner came, we were told we needed to pay an additional $700 for a "deep clean" on top of the exit clean. We then received an update from the owners of the property about multiple things not being clean, including dusty counter tops and door frames. Not to mention the walls hadn’t been cleaned. Now exit cleaners have refused to clean walls even though we have paid an additional deep clean fee on top of the initial exit clean. On the day, Ahmed their representative shared that if there were any issues that it would be fixed immediately if put in touch with apartment owners. Now exit cleaners are saying they will not clean the walls on top of all the additional payments and back and forth. We still have not had our bond released and they are being very difficult for follow up with no flexibility, even though they were the ones who did not clean to an exit or deep clean standard in the first place. Do not recommend and happy to share receipts and messages for anyone interested.

Great experience with the team. They were punctual, professional, and very proactive, even following up afterwards to check if the agent was happy and offering to return if needed. The real test is the agent's inspection, and he walked through the property without flagging a single cleaning issue. Highly recommend for a stress-free bond clean.
