Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning Melbourne

My ceramic tiles had a haze build up that was not improving with my normal mop clean. I'm so delighted I called Electrodry because I needed some deep intensive cleaning for the tiles and grout. The technicians name is Chris, he was professional, friendly and listened to my concerns about the floors. Chris has such a Can-Do Attitude he really went the extra mile to ensure I am satisfied and I honestly am happy with the service, with the cleanliness and I will be able to maintain it ongoing. I have never, ever wanted to write a review more. If I could hug Leigh a million times over, I would. I cannot recommend him enough. We have renovated our miners cottage in Ballarat for the past 5 years and we put a beautiful wool carpet in the bedrooms to help with noise and warmth. Lo and behold, we had a baby who likes to mess things up and she has bought up milk on the carpet in a few places, so we hired another carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets. After telling them about the carpets and reiterating they are wool, they went ahead and cleaned them, saturating the carpets and deeply damaging them in our bedroom. I called electrodry in a state of total sadness but acceptance, and that’s where Leigh comes into the story. He was honest with me, and explained what had happened and also that it likely won’t return to 100% but that he’d try his best. He talked me through the process and left me with some spot cleaner to use in future too, but told me to call in a few days and he would come back if it wasn’t at least 65% better. He came back 6 days later and applied a different product and as of today it looks at least 99% better. But even more than the carpet coming back to life, Leigh was so kind and worked around me and our baby. He didn’t make me feel silly at all, and was completely professional in every sense. All in all, I just think the world needs more Leigh. I’ve put photos up of the carpet before Leigh, directly after 1st clean and today. Results speak for themselves!!!

We have been plagued by lots of dust from a nearby construction zone and fires at a waste management facility, so our carpets were really challenging. Daniel assured us that it was manageable and he did a thorough and effective job. I am very, very pleased with the end result.

The most unreliable company I’ve dealt with. From cancelling on us on the day and then trying to tell us they can’t prioritise us because we cancelled (they backpedaled very quickly when we reminded them that they were the ones to cancel), to requesting 3-4 times for a copy of the assessment report and not getting any report after 1-2 weeks, and conflicting information upon each discussion, I will not be using them again. I went through another company for a mould assessment who provided a thorough report, with comprehensive recommendations, within less than 24 hours. Update: - They reached out and offered to conduct the service for free to apologise for the lack of service, which was appreciated. - However, I then continued to get calls from multiple staff members as they had clearly not communicated and in addition, the technicians left my front door open upon completing the job, leaving our house unsecured for hours.
