I had great experience with white gold service. I got my bond back . There were coffee stains on our carpet which were removed .Thanks you so much .I really recommend this service .

A very pleasing experience. I left an enquiry on their website at 11pm Monday evening and received a response at 4.30am Tuesday. Wow! Fabulous. They said they could do the job at 9.30 am. I accepted and low and behold GILL turned up spot on time. The job was simple enough and a carpet clean for just one room, thanks to a messy puppy!! Gill is very professional and has a slick operation. His van is neatly packed with all equipment needed from job to job. All his water hoses and extracting hoses are on metal rolls which pull out neatly and simply as he maneuvers through the house. And then retract simply. No water leakage anywhere. Amazing. We are extremely happy with Gills Work and will use his services again very soon in other properties. Highly recommended. 10/10

I Booked a bond carpet clean well in advance so it fit in with when we where moving house and handing our keys back. They called and said they could no longer carry out the service on my date and time for personal reasons. The reason I booked in advance was because we could not fit it in at any other time and date around our move. Very disappointing and poorly managed

Would not use anyone else. Came at short notice and saved the day as well as doing an exceptional job. Will be bringing him back for Bond Cleans etc. And so friendly
