PowerVac

Powervac staff are really friendly and they have some really good products but unfortunately today I travelled down and found out that they are closed on Saturdays. I originally gave a really good review and one of my points was they are open on Saturdays but I think they might actually be run by New management now. I had no idea about this closure. Hopefully they can reopen on Saturdays again at some point in the near future. I have edited my review accordingly ———— Purchased from them a few times: Great range of high quality American and European products and a range of Australian cleaning chemicals. Convenient to be able to purchase off the shelf instead of online with unknown wait times. Opening hours could be better on weekends and after 5 to suit small cleaning businesses and those who live far away. Service can sometimes be hit or miss but is overall good ☺️ Definitely the go to in Perth for carpet cleaning products and equipment!

Just recently had my carpet cleaner serviced at Power Vac and I could not be happier with the service. Dale organised everything and the equipment is as good as new. Very competitive pricing and great after sales service. All of the staff were extremely helpful. A great experience

I bought a vacuum cleaner in October 2024 for approximately $589. In February, the vacuum stopped working, and I was charged $222 by PoweVac to fix the problem. I picked up the vacuum on May 25, but it broke down again in September. I called PoweVac on October 9, 2025, at 8:07 AM to discuss the issue. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I hope the calls are recorded so her manager can hear how unprofessional she was. I explained to her what had happened in the past and expressed my frustration, especially since this vacuum keeps breaking down. She initially said, "That's covered under the warranty, and you are not supposed to pull the cord." Her tone was very condescending, and as a frustrated customer, she did nothing to help resolve the situation. Her conduct was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PoweVac to anyone.

No doubt they are the best supplier in WA. However, I had a few bad experiences in the past with their team and its customer service. I have given them another chance. The last 5 times I went to the shop, I was treated with the courtesy that I expected to receive. The "can-do" response was given to me and they found some way to solve my needs straight away and or fit me in within less than 48 hours. I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner from PowerVac, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Megan was absolutely lovely and helpful from start to finish. Despite having emphysema, I managed to vacuum my entire house, and it felt like a good workout thanks to the powerful suction. It will actually help my condition too. I have a pet, and the vacuum did an amazing job of picking up all the pet hair. The performance was fantastic, making cleaning so much easier. My home hasn’t felt cleaner since using my new vacume cleaner. I highly recommend both the product and the excellent service! Thank you to all. Julie.

Our carpet machine stop working on an evening job, which is never good. Rang Dale first thing next morning, no worries have it here by 11.00am 2 hours later we are back on the job. Have had PowerVac service our machines now for years and always had great service, Keep up the great work Dale and the team.
