CLEANEY - Commercial Cleaning Mornington Peninsula

We have been using Cleaney for almost 12 months now for our regular office cleans. They do a great job! The standout for me is their communication, it's excellent and well above standard. I can honestly say I always receive a response to an email the same day and they have never missed my phone call. They regularly request our feedback and if we have any, they attend to it straight away. Thank you for your ongoing support Cleaney!

Very unprofessional . They don’t care for your time . I scheduled an appointment with them 1 month ago and coming closer to date I checked with them if the team is coming ( I should rather get a reminder text ). They said yes as it’s scheduled at 9 am . But then the next day I waited till 9:40 am and called Cleaney and they said sorry one of the cleaners got sick so they are not coming . My expectation was I should have been informed about it . Secondly , I was told that if one of the member from the original cleaning team gets sick then another pair of cleaners will substitute them , but this dint happen . Thirdly , I was told that this job will be rescheduled for the next day at 4:00 pm and hence I had to move around my other appointments to accommodate the cleaners but unfortunately I received an email at 3 pm that again for some reason the cleaners can’t make it . Hence , I had a horrible experience . If you value your time do not go with them .

Thanks cleanly , you helped me in my hard time , your cleanes did very well job much appreciated and they have sent me lots of pics after cleaning as i asked them which i am attaching below although i was not in this country still you managed to get the keys from the real estate agent, done job according to them and I got my bond back from real estate.
