Our rugs were purchased at RCD rugs, after consulting with them on who would they recommend to clean our bespoke rugs, they highly recommeded The Oriental Rug Cleaning Company. I wasn't about to have our three large rugs cleaned by amaturers, it had to be the best in the business. The owner Gidon came out to the home and assessed the rugs. Very courteous, poliet and professional. Explained everything in detail as to the caring of the rugs whilst they were being professionally cleaned. The rugs were collected, the furniture was moved and I didn't have to do anything. One week later the rugs were back, spotless, an excellent job.! If you take pride in your rugs, mats then you must take care of them and employ the best people to clean them. I would not hesitate to have Gidon look after our rugs in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gidon was very professional, and personable and smoothly went about the business of collecting my rugs, sorting the invoice, cleaning two very dirty rugs ( which I was most embarrassed about the condition of) without a fuss. Nothing was too big a problem. He is conducting a very efficient, professional and effective business. Will definately recommend this service to my friends and colleagues.

We have 9 wool rugs which needed to be cleaned, because of pets as well as ‘wear and tear’. From first contact with Gidon, arranging the collection and cleaning of the rugs, to delivery of the clean and refreshed rugs to our home, we were impressed by Gidon’s professional, helpful, and personable manner. And the cleaned rugs look fabulous!

I highly recommend these people. I had a typical heavy traffic area I felt that they coul clean better than I can, however I never thought for a minute that the rug would come back in such good condition that I cannot tell where the heavy traffic area was. Very affordable, I cannot recommend them enough.
