From the point of first contact Kellie and Jeanette were super helpful and made me feel confident in booking Chem-Dry Metro. I search reviews before I do anything these days and I can absolutely see why their reviews are amazing. Antonio fully explained the pet treatment and that the urine and my cleaning attempts had removed colour from the carpet. In my case I needed both the PURT process first to remove the urine and the odour, and then once the urine was completely gone, he dyed the carpet in the affected spots and completely repaired it. To say they saved me thousands of dollars is not a word of a lie. If the treatment had not of worked I would have had to replace the entire house full of carpet in this rental. They seriously know what they’re doing and the service was beyond my expectations. I most definitely highly recommend Antonio and the team at Chem-Dry Metro and have saved their contact info in my phone, because I’ll never use anyone else. Thanks again guys. Fabulous job!

Antonio and Trin were fantastic. Very professional and had a sense of humor as well. On time doing the jobs and were not judgmental with all my junk that I had to remove. They came a second time after my sick cat had vomited and on the carpet. It looked like new , no smell or stain. Would highly recommend them .
