Bettr Clean

Our first clean this morning and Ella is amazing. She is so lovely and cleans beautifully. Our bathroom shower screens are invisible . Spectacular job well done. Thanks so much Ella you are now a part of the family. See you in 2 weeks. ❤️❤️❤️

Erin and the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start. Erin managed to fit us in on short notice and got the job done amazingly! We returned home to a clean and tidy home and they managed to fix our broken fly screen as well without us even asking! Cannot thank them enough

I can’t thank Erin enough for her incredible service and support during what’s been a very difficult month for me. My mental health hasn’t been doing very great and all I needed was someone to take the cleaning off my hands which is exactly what she did. She came in, without judgement and made my space feel like home again. She tidied up things I didn’t even think to clean, showing that she just thinks ahead and knows what will look good in the space. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely poor. Communication was inconsistent from the start, we had to follow up several times just to get basic responses. Even after providing future cleaning dates well in advance, there was no confirmation or acknowledgment. The day we were scheduled to meet for the handover, she postponed to a later time after the agreed hour. We rearranged our plans and waited, trusting she would show, but she simply didn’t turn up. No message, no follow-up, no explanation. We were left completely in the dark. As non-locals, we had no choice but to clean the property ourselves last-minute before heading back to Brisbane. It was incredibly unprofessional and disruptive. Despite all that, we still offered a second chance, and received no response at all. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking someone reliable, responsive, and accountable.

Erin & Callum are really great young people. They do an amazing job, no fuss, very professional and energetic. Price is very competitive too. Highly recommended
