Very responsive and very professional. I initially asked the real estate agent to provide me with their cleaning suppliers so the cleaning quality can be consistent and per their expectations for my end of lease clean. However the agent was so unresponsive, that by the time they provided me with their usual cleaning service contacts, no one was available for the job. I had to find my own suppliers but had a lot of anxiety about the professionalism and quality of cleaning services after seeing many, many mixed reviews of many places. I decided to give Dowell cleaning a go after they responded to my hipages request, and Maya has been incredibly responsive from the beginning, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I have no complaints about the quality of their cleaning. They even fixed the little shower seal that was broken before I even moved in. Will definitely use their services again if I need professional cleaning done. 🙂

We compared many companies for prices and decided to support this relatively smaller business that located not far from us in Essendon. Honestly best decision ever, Maya came over on time and has done an amazing job to our place. Highly recommend if you can’t make decision, they might not have as many reviews but they do the right thing
