I absolutely love this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning! I can’t speak highly enough of my experiences with Butler Carpet Cleaning. We have used this company for years and every time the entire staff have been professional, friendly, kind and treated our furniture as if it was their own. The time and dedication that they put into their work is astounding and we’ve always been exceptionally happy with the results. Could not recommend more highly!

Without doubt I have never come across a better company to deal with than Butler Carpet Cleaning My wife had run a bath and then forgot about it. Over an hour later she discovered our bedroom carpet was under water. The water had flowed through the door and also flooded the hall carpet. Using about 20 towels and a small Bissel water extractor we reduced the water level somewhat. It being 7.30pm I rang around carpet cleaning companies, found one who suggested we get in touch with Butlers as they had a number of vans on the road and may be able to help. I emailed Butlers and at 5am the next morning received an email back from Robert the MD who said he would call me at 8am. He called and said he had organised for one of his people to come and extract the water at 10am, following which at 1pm he would deliver two heaters and two dehumidifiers which would run for 48 hours. After that someone would come and sanitise the carpets and ensure we would not get mould. All this was done in the time frame promised and I was truly amazed at the speed of the response and the efficiency of Robert’s people who did the job at such short notice. I cannot recommend Robert and his team at Butlers highly enough, they were magnificent

I’m very happy with the cleaning of the carpet, rugs, fabric and leather upholstery. Everything is fresh and feels so good. The guys (Robert & Luca) were professional, friendly and they did a great job. They added in some additional things for us that I hadn’t at first considered and were very transparent in all the costs. Even my husband commented on how good they were. Thanks

I’ve used Butler’s for cleaning my carpet for years. I have always found the end result excellent & considering I have a shag pile carpet it’s never been a problem with them. My carpet has a never been left too damp that takes days to dry out. You pay for their professional & knowledgeable approach in caring for your carpet. Highly recommended.

Hi I have just had my 25 year-old cream lounge cleaned by Robert and Luca. They came on time. I am so pleased with the service they provided today, my lounge almost looks new, apart from minor scratches, the change in colour from built up dirt is unbelievable.. We have used Butler’s Carpet Cleaning services for a number of years now. Our light coloured carpet, which is well overdue for replacement, has had to cope with pets and children, but Butler’s always manages to bring it up well.
