I had a top notch experience with Sunshine Coast Bond Cleaning. The whole process from quoting to the clean was seamless. The office person was really clear in her information deliverance, professional and courteous. The cleaning team did an excellent job, the place looked great and smelt lovely too. Love the fact that they have a 5 day return policy too. Loved, loved, loved, so will definitely be referring them to family and friends. They may not be the cheapest on the coast, but you get what you pay for, and SCBC sure do deliver on service!

Very unprofessional. Sent a message to this company the day after a bond cleaning listening the things that were missed as well damage that had occurred on their behalf. No response from this company after multiples message and phones calls as well as well as sending them a photo of the damage that had occurred. This clean was not cheap and they did not wipe the walls, the screens and/or mop the flood properly. They caused expensive damage to the property that they will not take accountability for leaving us with a bill.

We had a bond clean done on our home recently and I can say that the service we received was exceptional. The team were on time, and delivered a high standard clean. They were very experienced and friendly. Would highly recommend for your next clean as we will be using them again in the future.

We recently had an appalling experience that resulted in us having to spend hours and hours finishing our bond clean ourselves. You get quoted a price for a clean and then on the morning of the clean, you get asked to pay several hundred dollars extra for a more detailed clean. When we turned down the additional service, we assumed everything was ok. When we went back to the property, we then found out that the cleaners simply stopped cleaning halfway through the house and then left. We then called and were told that we didn't allow them enough time because we turned down the additional service. While we appreciate that our house was far from perfect to begin with, the experience and subsequent poor after payment service was simply appalling. Very poor experience.

Last year this company did great job w good communication . The staff are now atrocious ! This year was shambles, not complete , one worker turned up not 3 and had to fight to get correct refund. Dishonest report from cleaner and inefficient terrible "clean" Office ignored my calls and had to go to management .
