WOW !!! What a fantastic job John did on our couch. It was badly stained and my Grandchild had drawn all over it with a pen. It looks brand new now. John is a lovely kind and very helpful man. We are so happy. Thanks John. Next will be the carpets.

Would Not Recommend! We contacted John on short notice for an emergency carpet clean, suspecting our robotic vacuum had spread dog faeces on the rug. While there were no visible stains, there was a noticeable smell. John was able to come the same day and completed the cleaning. However, the smell returned the following day. When I reached out to John for assistance, he became defensive and displayed a lack of knowledge about the products or proper antibacterial treatments needed for the issue. His only advice was to spray Glen20 on the rug for 10 days—an unprofessional and inadequate solution. It was clear he lacked expertise and took advantage of our urgent situation. I would strongly advise against using his services.
I cannot thank John enough! My partner came home with a stained couch (i thought it belonged in the bin) and John completely revived it! Completely spotless! John you're a wizard. Highly recommend!
