Troy & Sam from BBN Services are a fantastic team and a pleasure to deal with. Sam is always prompt with replies and Troy cleans like a master - I don’t know how he does it but this is the second time we have used him for an exit clean and the house once again looks brand new! Absolutely amazing job. I’ve lived here for the past 20 years. I am in a rental house. After moving in here I did clean the back concrete under the driveway with a gurney and it took me ages. I have wanted to do it again but I have been put off by my son who says it is too big a job. After having my house cleaned due to the big boat project and meeting Troy. From BBN facility services and discussing cleaning my back concrete area and my driveway I found that the price was so affordable so decided to have it done. I could not be More Pleased With the Work and I will do it again next year and then after discussion with Troy said I probably won’t need it done for another three years. Absolutely amazing work and professional service. I would recommend him to anyone as he is so professional and on time with doing the work. five stars from me.

BBN team did such a great job with end of lease cleaning. Troy was very responsive and clear with the inclusions/exclusions. They try to make things simpler by giving offline quote where possible with online info. No fuss. Property looked sparkly clean and smelled fresh! Highly recommend
