Billabong Pool Service & Supply

Upon the passing of my husband, I contacted them in June 2025 to help with the pool. They came in, did a service, changed some parts and charged $642/50 with an email stating this work would go a long way. The team that attended was very nice. Fast forward Nov 2025, I called and got a guy called Nick on the service call. I asked how he was and he went quiet and didn't respond, so I asked again, how he was and with further hesitation responded - ok. I gave some background, said it seems like the seals replaced in June have possibly failed? He responded, we can only come next week. I flagged that if it got worse, it could cause more damage and requested they send someone sooner? He said even before the storm we are booked. I never referred to this being storm related. The overall attitude is we don't need your business, we are busy enough and don't really like to take your calls and / or be courteous. I ended the call, with I will take my business where wanted and he was more than happy to hang up. Disappointed that there was no accountability from this team member / company considering such a short time frame of goods replaced.

Dropped my LM3-30 18 year old pool chlorinator off last Tuesday as the device wasn't working correctly. Great helpful advice provided about maintaining my pool without it. Hopefully they'll look after me with the price when I go to pick it up. Good business servicing Parreara.

The staff here have been nothing short of amazing! After the February QLD floods I had no experience in maintaining my newly built pool. The team here helped me every step of the way over a number of weeks to restore the balance of my water and bring this space back to it glory. A sincere THANK YOU to all involved.

Excellent customer service & happy to give over the phone advice. We recently had our pump repaired & it was done in two days, just in time for the long weekend. We now drive that little bit further to see these guys for our pool care rather than just around the corner. Well worth it!
