Great team with a friendly attitude. I've been using AMW as a fencing contractor for over 10 years, and my father also for many years before that. Fast and thorough service second to none in my experience when compared to other wholesalers. AMW supplies quality products, which is a must for me in my trade to ensure a high quality finish at competitive prices for my clients.

These guys --Zane specifically-- really screwed me over. Gave me a good price on some gates at the end of the year. Then Christmas came along, so we tabled it. I give him the go ahead after the my biggest commercial client gives the green light. They pumped up the price 30%. I'm a builder and understand prices go up, but 30%? Fine. When I said, what gives? Zane said, "oh yeah, my bad,, I looked at the wrong price. And come to think of it, I didn't give you the price for heavy duty gates, so it's going to go up EVEN MORE!" So now I've fallen out of favor with my biggest client, over this guy who can't even properly perform the basic functions of his job, and is completely unapologetic about it. This is what's wrong with modern Australia; lack of care. Anticipating your response: No, I'm not going to email your customer service because you "want to understand what went wrong." Your guy screwed up, and it cost me big. He could have attempted to make things right, but he didn't even bother...probably smoke-o time.

Used these guy's for the very first time very professional in what they sell great drive-in load and go service.

Got an email to pick up me order, shop is already closed even though the email states they should be open. Lost nearly an hour of my time driving
