Be careful with these guys! Worst service ever. They charge you first but don't care about the work they done. My aircon brokenot long after installation, but they refuse to take any responsibility, even after their specialist confirmed they installed two different models of inside and outside units. Before they confirmed that would work, no problem. I took that advice and regretted a lot. Even for checking why it broke they charged 130$ or so. And their next advise was - pay for deinstallation an old one and pay full price for the new one + installation fee. Did not provide even discount for this job, I'm not even speaking about free replace. Never deal with them! Especially the price they charge is not low at all. NOT RECOMMENDED! be aware

Great job by AIRFIRST replacing 3 split air conditioning units at my home recently. The work performed, from quotation to completion, was excellent. The onsite team were courteous, knowledgeable and diligent and they completed all works safely and efficiently. We were kept informed of progress and on completion, the area was left clean and tidy. Many thanks AIRFIRST for a job well done.

Great service. We are very pleased with the courteous manner in which we were treated from the beginning to end. The workers were polite and friendly, did the job very well and even cleaned up after and took the old unit and bits and pieces away. We would highly recommend this business.

I will NOT be recommending AIRFIRST CAIRNS to anyone ! After speaking with different office girls every time to voice my concerns with my a/c NOT fixed - not even checked to see if it was running after spending thousands of dollars for simple repair and taking months to do the job- I am very annoyed ! Then to forward a partial amount still owed by me to THE COLLECTION AGENCY this is very disappointing for a local business to conduct their business this way. ZERO ZERO ZERO

This company will only charge money and do nothing. They will go to your house and refuse to take off their shoes, left ten minutes later, did nothing, and then charged you for it. Everybody be careful. For ten minutes you looked around everywhere then made my house dirty then changed me $126. If you actually did what you said i would pay you but you did nothing that you said you would do. You just told me that you can't do anything about my center-aircon.

I called air first to come look at my air con. I was assured someone would be out as soon as possible. A week went by and not even a phone call. So I called AAA air conditioning and refidgeration and he came the next day. He was great and he did an awesome job. I can definitely recommend him.

My fujitsu still under warranty not working. Airfisrt come ,clean ants nest out and charge $200 without notifying me that its NOT a warranty job! Please ask them before they do any work too avoid surprise bills.
