My new car needed the battery replaced recently. No problems at all asap. Had a clutch switch and an actuator fixed on my old car in the past with zero problems. These guys are always fast service to fit you in and reasonable prices. Go the extra mile to find your problem.

Travelling to Melbourne to our daughters wedding and had a serious malfunction with our caravan. All four wheels locked up at 80 KPH. Approached Warwick Auto Electrical at 8:00am Monday morning looking for help. They shuffled jobs so that they could deal with our problem immediately. It took 3 hours to fix and then we were safely on our way. Thank you for your caring attitude and quality work. A five star effort.

I am impressed with the service and friendliness of this establishment..l'm an ex mechanic and was reminded of how l was trained back in the day...a great experience! Nothing was too hard.

Rang the day before for a booking as I had a 2 hour drive. Was told first up at 9am next day would be good. Arrived at 9.01am. It took nearly 2 hours for them to do anything about my issues. Yes, they were attending to another person who may have come in off the street before me, but just to be recognised and spoken to would have gone a long way to alleviating my anger. The boss/owner seemed a likeable enough guy but no idea of customer service. Just to be spoken to, recognised and even say be with you as soon as we can would have been welcomed. The only guy with those manners was the apprentice. As for the other worker, a cross between a yapping chihuahua and a peacock blowing smoke over everyone. The young apprentice the only one of any manners and real value. Finally got away around 4pm and next day found it still wasn't 100% but I won't be back, will get it looked at elsewhere.

Steve was great was able to fit me in with a days notice, fixed my Solar issues as well as 12v connections, would highly recommend them.

Always prompt, no trouble getting in and fast to sort out your issue! Highly recommend! Twice now they've fixed my car promptly and professionally! Thanks Guys
