Tormey's Air & Ice

Highly recommend Tormey’s Air & Ice. If you are after reliable service I would totally recommend and this is why. Our room aircon was still in warranty and stopped cooling mid December 2024 and these guys were the agent. Leaha was upfront with us from the start which was greatly appreciated. We did not expect a call out till the new year as it is always such a bad time of the year. Leah’s gave us a date in January and followed up with that a week before the appointment and the day before she rang with a rough estimate of arrival time for Daniel the repairs A part had to be ordered and Leaha rang when the part arrived and booked in a date to carry out the repair. Then the rain event happened but we certainly did not expect much to happen with the road closures and sure enough a call from Leaha confirmed this and we rescheduled for following week. Daniel was very professional, courteous and replaced the part and tested all was ok. If was truly a wonderful experience to deal with these people and we certainly appreciated their service from the start to the finish. Great team and highly recommend and would certainly use again Thank you guys so so much

Daniel, Connor and Jack recently installed several air conditioning units in our house. We were extremely impressed with their efficiency, hard work and pleasant manner. They all worked non stop and the units were installed perfectly and in a timely fashion and of course left no mess. If this is the quality of work for all installations, I thoroughly recommend Tormeys Air and Ice to any prospective buyer.

Have used these guys over the past 3 years for both installations and getting our air conditioners serviced (including chemical cleans) All of the technicians have been respectful, professional and, most importantly, good! Just had Sam do our annual maintenance this year. He went out of he way to show me the ins and outs of the process. Super professional and polite. Would highly recommend and will use again. Had an emergency at our apartment and Tormey's (being a local business) were the first port of call. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment booked in for the same day and Kyle (?) came around to check the water leak around the AC. Turned out not to be our AC but upstairs' burst water pipe! Anyway... Tormey's - Great swift service and really easy to deal with. Thanks guys!

Kevin & the guys from Tormey's Air & Ice not only very professionally serviced my business premises air conditioner, but after 20 odd years when the old thing finally could go no more, they were unbelievably helpful in getting a replacement sorted out and installed. It was a difficult job that took some time, but it was done with impressive professional style & with minimal disruption to the business. First class professionals and probably my best experience in my many years dealing with trades in North Queensland. Highly Recommended!

Tormey’s came out on New Year’s eve to fix our aircon. Friendly, thorough service. From Jenny on the phone to Adam and Kevin, it was a pleasure to deal with you. We haven’t had service like that anywhere. Wonderful job guys. Thank you.
