What an amazing service! The previous cooling unit was installed 20yrs ago from same company which came to an end of its life after which Jody assisted us with competitive pricing and fuss free installation. The technicians were extremely professional and transparent with everything. Was easy and quick! Definitely recommended! 5+stars for everything Thank you Jody and Team!

Despite numerous attempts to contact Tonna since Dec 18, our newly installed HVAC system remains un-operational peak summer. No emergency service available whilst this company enjoys their holiday break, meanwhile my 3yo & 6yo kids are sweating in 30°C+ heat. According to Tonna's voicemail, we have to wait until Jan 13 before we can book a service. Meanwhile no emergency tradesmen will look at our system because it's under warranty. What a disgrace!

I've used Tonna twice now - once for the replacement of a ducted heating system a few years ago and just recently for the supply and installation of 2 split systems in my bedrooms. On both occasions, Shane supplied quotes quickly and great advice on the right product for my home. Also, the installation on both occasions was fast and went without a hitch. I would strongly recommend Tonna for all of your heating and cooling needs. They are fantastic to deal with.

We had a terrible experience with this company installing a Brivis heater / cooler system during a renovation. Despite numerous attempts to get a number of faults rectified, in the end despite our polite attempts, Tonna simply ignored us. I would strongly suggest an alternative provider.

Tonna heating and cooling replaced my existing evaporative cooling system. They have done very good job including site clean. They were on time and explain everything regarding new unit. I wish them best in future and keep sharing your professional advice/experience with every customer.

Shane and his crew did a great job. Very professional and friendly. In my case, l had warmth back in my home 24 hrs after contact. Very grateful. Their price was also cheaper compared to other quotes by companies that l would have had to wait 7 days or more for insallation.
