I contacted HiCool because our aircon started smelling really damp and mouldy every time we turned it on. They came and cleaned all four units in our apartment, and I was honestly shocked at how bad it was - full of dust, mould, and even nicotine buildup, which the guy said was probably from the previous owner. I actually saw yellow liquid coming out during the clean and couldn’t believe I’d been breathing that in for so long!!! After the clean, the aircons looked like new and the smell was completely gone. I’m so glad I got it done and would definitely recommend HiCool if you’re thinking about getting your aircon professionally cleaned.
