I had 3 inspections and quotes before I called Kristian in. I’d also prepared a detailed document with my floor plan, photos, and zoning requirements so that installers could review everything before coming onsite to finalise a quote. No one came more prepared than Kristen. The moment he arrived, I could sense he was switched on — he knew exactly what needed to be done. He even brought along a sample vent he proposed for my living area with a raked ceiling. I had already done a lot of research on the Panasonic 18 kW system and AirTouch 5, and he still managed to blow me away with his confidence, knowledge, and immediate solutions to all my questions. I felt an instant connection and trust. I got him to quote me on the same day and even though he wasn't the cheapest, it was more of a "shut up and take my money" moment! My intuition paid off! On installation day, Kristian and his team did an excellent job and left the place tidy. A few days later, he came back to fine-tune the system, cleaned any scuff marks around the vents, and made sure I was 100% happy before wrapping up. One of the best installers I’ve worked with in years. It's rare and satisfying feeling to work with a tradie where, when it comes time to pay the balance, you feel genuinely happy to make the settlement. All the best, Kristian!

Kristian helped us out with an upgrade to our ducted heating system. Initially we had contacted him to quote us for two aircon units upstairs. Upon inspection he advised not only on the aircons, but also informed us about ducted heating & cooling. We requested further details on this system, which he was able to supply and he explained the full process of installing + long term benefits. Kristian’s genuine approach and level of knowledge made us choose him for the job. He quoted us a budget, middle and high-end option, we discussed needs and requirements, then chose the Mitsubishi Electric 16kw system. Which works amazing. Installation was done quickly and to a high standard. After installing the system and zone controller, Kristian explained everything to us and made sure the apps were connected correctly. We did run in to a few minor issues in the first two weeks, however Kristian didn’t hesitate and would either call us to talk through the situation or come around within days to sort it out. Overall a great experience, not pushing for sales and definitely a business we would recommend to anyone.

Had Kristian install a ducted air conditioner / heater, very professional, worked quickly and cleanly and the quote was better than others and in my opinion more professional than others. He came back after a few days when we needed more airflow to part of the house and fixed the issue without complaint. Would recommend using Kristian and his team.
