I hadn’t had my air conditioner serviced for quite some time, but Anthony did an excellent job getting everything back in shape. He was professional, thorough, and very efficient. I also want to thank Roselle, who helped me book the appointment—she was prompt and made the whole process smooth and easy. Maintenance performed on the AC unit, and the concerns I identified with the installation, also general wear and tear were remediated by the technician - who was respectful and professional in their work.

He was extremely professional, took the time to diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. Angelo was super friendly and answered any questions that I had and explained things thoroughly for me. Their callout fee was also much more competitive than others.

Just had our 14kW ducted air conditioning system replaced today by Kevin and his boys, and I have to say a job extremely well done As a past real estate owner and having dealt with numerous tradespeople over the years these guys are extremely professional, polite and caring. I was notified of an arrival time and they were exact, put drop sheets down over my timber floors and neatly removed and replaced the system. All rubbish was removed with no damage to my property. I would highly recommend these boys if your looking at genuine old fashioned service. Well done and thank you Tom & Linda
