They kept me updated throughout the entire process and were very transparent about pricing and what needed fixing. Turned the car around in just one day during their busiest period. Five stars for High Tech Auto. Gary is absolutely brilliant. We had a complicated issue with our Mercedes CLK320 and he and the team managed to track down the problem and sort it out without any fuss. They are professional, friendly and genuinely reasonable on price, which is a rare mix these days. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Just bought a FIAT Abarth and went to HiTech for a thorough service. John and his team took care of my car. They also replaced the timing belt as was due at handbook distance and time. Reading the service report and what was carried out, I was very impressed. Even more so for the cost of all the work which was very reasonable considering what was carried out. My car was towed to this workshop by NRMA after a simple mis-fuelling incident. They quoted $1,200 for a basic drain-and-flush service that another licensed fuel-recovery company later offered to do for less than half the price. When I told them I would use the recovery service instead, the staff became rude and aggressive, insisting I remove my car immediately otherwise it would be pushed onto the street. I found their tone unprofessional and their attitude unnecessarily hostile during an already stressful situation. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone seeking honesty, empathy, or reasonable communication. *** In response to workshop reply: I understand there are different ways to handle fuel drain jobs, but the issue here was communication and attitude, not just the method. I was polite the entire time and never got upset with anyone as claimed. I didn’t ask for anyone to perform work inside your property, only just out the front, since the car couldn’t be driven at the time. It was only going to take about 30 minutes, and the car was already there, so I didn’t see any issue with that request. The way I was spoken to and pressured to remove my car was unacceptable and made a stressful situation worse. The mobile mechanic who attended afterwards fixed the problem completely, the car is now running perfectly, and the total cost was less than half of what I was quoted here. I stand by my review and hope future customers are treated with more understanding.

Amazing service and thoroughly professional! We've had all of our cars serviced by Hitech for many years. Every service is the best outcome we've ever received from a mechanic. Each and every car is serviced on the day, they give us a full list of what's done, they know how to fix everything, and the car is always clean inside and out. Have never seen another mechanic give as much care and attention to cars! Highly recommended!

John and the team at HiTech, you’re absolutely incredible and amazing. They found the problem with my Mazda CX5 and communicated clearly what was wrong. When they knew the car was going to be in the shop longer, they offered a courtesy car. Absolutely great company and will be going back to get my car serviced there from now on.

John and the team not only fixed my very broken car, but also did it in a time frame that nobody else could have achieved.
