He took the time to properly diagnose the problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and focused on repairing the unit rather than pushing an unnecessary replacement. Our air con units were in desperate need of a deep clean especially to remove an accumulation of mould. We are so happy with the service provided by Elio and Steph. Steph's communication was excellent when I first rang to enquire, clearly outlining everything I needed to know. Elio was punctual, so polite and courteous, and did the most thorough, deep clean of each of our six units. He was extremely careful when performing the cleaning with the bag to ensure there were no drips on our carpet and beds. He also performed an airflow performance test & refrigerant pressure check on each and picked up an issue with one of our units installed by someone else which we will follow up since the warranty is still valid. I feel so much better using our air cons now I know they are clean and safe. Thank you so much Elio and Steph! I will be contacting you again for our next clean/installation.

Decided to get a second opinion as my 17 year old Actron Air system stopped working. Previous guys couldn’t find the fault and recommended replacing the entire system. Within a half hour Elio had worked out that the problem was due to an electrical installation issue when my new solar battery was installed. He worked through the issue methodically and calmly and my system is now back up and running. I cannot recommend A-grade and Elio more highly. The customer service, communication, expertise and everything about this company is first class and genuine. A company that truly wants to help the customer and at a reasonable price. So impressed with the service from Elio and Steph! They managed to squeeze in our aircon installation last minute despite being fully booked, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.
