Jarrod and the team at AIR100 were fantastic. They arrived on time for both the quote and the job, completed the work to a high standard, took the time to show us how to use the systems, and made sure everything was clean before they left. With a large crew, they were able to complete everything in a single day. The job included installing a small 3 zone ducted unit in our bedrooms a large split system in living / kitchen, and decommissioning a wall mounted gas heater for the VEU rebate.

We just had AIR100 replace our old gas ducted heating and refrigerated cooling setup with a new AirTouch 5 controller (with 8 zones) and Daikin system and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Jarrod was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided a detailed floor-plan design outlining exactly what to expect. I had AIR100 replace my old gas ducted heating with a Daikin reverse cycle ducted system in our split-level, double-storey home. Out of the 8 or 9 installers I contacted, Jarrod was the only one willing to replace the ducts in the many hard-to-reach areas of the house. He also stood out by providing a detailed design upfront, including duct sizes, zone motor locations, and the full branching layout. All of this was based on a heat load calculation he did right at the beginning. Since our home is large and on a single-phase power supply, Jarrod was very honest in setting expectations that we wouldn't be able to run the entire house at full capacity on the chosen system. Instead, he designed generous zoning that allows us to efficiently heat or cool the areas we need. The system was set up with AirTouch 5, 10 zones, and individual sensors in each zone. The individual sensors is working fantastic and plays a big role in running the heavily zoned system in an efficient way! It was a complex job that took around two and a half days to complete. The whole team, led by Jarrod was fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, patient, and more importantly took no shortcuts. Jarrod answered all my questions clearly and accommodated every request without blowing the budget. The pricing was very competitive, and Jarrod even helped with the Victorian government rebates and factored that into the quote. If you're looking for quality systems backed by great workmanship instead of just chasing the cheapest quote, I highly recommend giving Jarrod a call.
