Responded to two airconditioner issues(both outdoor units were not turning on) in a very timely manner. Both techs had great customer interaction skills, were knowledgeable and resolved both aircon issues quickly. Really appreciate their help.

have been looking for a good company to clean my air cons for awhile, and have finally found one - great service, great communication and even came back to do a 2nd clean due to aircon not blowing air out through the whole unit. 10/10 will be using from now on. Edit, after this review, I was still having issues with my living room aircon, hutch air came back 1 more time and did another clean. Still had the same issue where after the air con ran for a few hours, it began blowing extremely in consistent, and not to its full power. I called them again and asked them to have another look at it, and the lady I spoke said that she would speak with someone and get back to me... I never heard back. I called another air con place who quoted me $800 to fix it. (This involved taking the coil off the wall and unblocking it) I decided to give it 2 cleans myself, and after that the air con has been working perfectly... maybe I'll just be cleaning my own air cons for now? Downgraded to 3 stars.

I can’t recommend Hutch Air highly enough! Their team went above and beyond to install three air conditioners within a few days of them not working. Laura was absolutely fantasic and friendly and made it all a smooth process, even after hours!. The boys onsite were friendly and truly exceeded my expectations. The whole team made the process of having no aircons with a toddler at home as least stressful as possible. We can't thank you enough!

This business is as dodgy as it's reviews. Hmm.. my last comment seems to have been hidden for merely pointing out the fact that the owner ( Who has replied to other reviews using her first name) has been writing 5 star reviews for their own business. Seems highly unethical if you ask me. They even accused me of giving out THEIR personal info when all I gave was the name of the person who left the review (Practically admitting that they DID in fact write those reviews). It's really not that hard to put two and two together when your first name matches the one left on one of replies and your last name is in the name of the company.

Great job, lovely staff. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Excellent pricing for rural area jobs. Just a really good company who look after people. 10 out of 10.

Could not recommend these guys high enough. They went above and beyond to replace my aircons to make sure they were working for when I had family coming to stay. Great service and very reasonable prices.
