Baramenco Air Conditioning attend my apartment yesterday (23/12/25) to diagnose a central AC issue during the busy Christmas period. From their admin support, Scott, to the technicians Lachlan and his partner on shift, everyone worked exceptionally well and communicated clearly throughout the process. Both technicians were professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis and identifying the issue. Despite the busy time of year, their service was efficient, friendly, and well coordinated, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. The air conditioning at home stopped on Friday the week before Christmas and with hot weather predicted and a house full for Christmas I really thought no air conditioning over Christmas. Rang Baramenco late Friday afternoon and very shortly after a very polite Lachlan rang and said can he come Saturday morning,what a very pleasant surprise. He arrived on time and very quickly sourced the problem as an electrical problem but all sorted. Wonderful service and a big thanks to Baramenco and Lachlan.

The attention to detail with the installation was exceptionally high, and they went out of their way to ensure a professional finish. Other companies kept saying it couldn’t be done and you guys proved them wrong. The quoting, follow up and trades all came and installed two systems within 6 hours, cleaned up after themselves and were reset respectful. They were more expensive than most, but totally worthwhile given the experienced installer and quality brand they use.

The boys were amazing! They were clean and tidy and completed the job perfectly. Just before leaving, they realised there was an unrelated issue. They stayed and persevered to make sure everything was working before they left, Nathan the owner came over later that evening to check the aircon was working! Exceptional customer service!

Nathan and Lachlan have now installed 3 air conditioning units for me over the last 8 years. This month they installed an air conditioning unit in my home and as always, the standard of work is excellent and the communication is great. Tony and Cooper did the installation this time and I am very happy with their work and communication. I highly recommend this Baramenco if you want reliable and experienced team to do your air conditioning services .

The two technicians installed the air conditioner very skillfully. The connection of the copper cooling pipes was done professionally, and they spent about 25 minutes pre-vacuuming the refrigerant line. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end.

If you require any air conditioning work done, from installation to maintenance I have no reservations in recommending this company. Their technician Connon was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The issue was fixed on the same day we called them. Outstanding service guys. Thank you!
