We got in touch with Ambience air to a reverse cycle central Panasonic AC unit 3 months ago. Dorian was more than helpful getting us the best system that fits; there was even a newer model on the market which we were not aware of. The other add-on cost a little bit but not over priced as other suppliers. The design was good, prices flexible. The installation guys rocked up on time, nice clean install and system is humming along until today. Great service, great product.

Great customer service and cannot fault installation process. Have had our Fujitsu system now for over three years and have never had any issue whatsoever. Competitive pricing and would highly recommend.

3 years ago we moved into a new home and had my ducted air-conditioner put in by the Gosnells branch. The tradesmen that installed the air-conditioner were on time, and their workmanship was excellent. You can image how dusty it is when they are putting it in, but thanks to them, they cleaned up after themselves which was a real help. Since then, they have kept in touch to let me know when our service is due. I did have a small problem with the working of the air-con and when I contacted them about it, the receptionist (Sandra) was so helpful and solved the problem . I have recommended them a few times to my friends. They get a 5 star from me.

Very satisfied with the installation of our Fujitsu ducted aircon. The people all around from sales to installation were fantastic. Very easy going and reassuring. Highly recommend this company.

Don't have any respect to customers, Could have simply said they are busy and can't provide quote. They wasted time saying they will provide the quote soon or have already sent the quote and its must have struck in junk mail without giving any quotes for almost 2 months.
