Hi, is that AirKool? Yes, this is Billy. what’s the job? I know it’s Friday afternoon, on a hot summer day but can you come and fix my air-con? What is the access like? It’s a tiny, inconvenient access hatch into a small, cramped roof space with no fresh air. No problem, I’ll be there in an hour. Thanks, Billy. Great service, great price.
Billy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was great at helping us choose which reverse cycle AC units were best for our bedrooms and the installation was extremely smooth (also included the removal of an old unit). Highly recommend for a seamless job!
