Our air conditioner broke recently, and our real estate agency sent Gary from GAM Air Conditioning to help us. From the moment he arrived, everything about the experience was smooth and professional. Gary is genuinely one of the most pleasant people to deal with, his communication was clear, consistent, and he made the whole process completely stress-free. When it came time to install the new unit, he brought along who I assume were his sons, and they were just as impressive. They were professional, efficient, and clearly hardworking. The installation was quick, tidy, and done with real care. The new air conditioner they installed is honestly a game-changer. It’s powerful, has so many great settings, and is such an upgrade from what we had before. The difference is like night and day. I’m truly grateful for the level of service we received. Could not recommend this business enough. I hope God blesses Gary, his family, and his business because they genuinely deserve it!

GAM to the rescue!!! What can I say about the service I received from them? Well first of all, they were fully contactable to answer any questions or concerns I had prior to installation. They turned up on the date and time agreed. They were very courteous and friendly and the work they did replacing my old split system air conditioner was exceptional. They cleaned everything up after they were finished and gave me a quick run through on how to operate the system. Their pricing was very reasonable given the amount of work and time they put into this job. So I would say that it was great service and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with or needing a new air conditioner!

Both men were highly professional. I had a full service on my ducted air conditioner (upstairs) and a split system (downstairs). It was found that there was some black mould in both systems of which photos were provided. They completely sanitised and cleaned both systems, the filter looked brand new and it was completed with a refreshing smell throughout the house once the air conditioners were put on. Thank you very much, I will definitely be using GAM Air Conditioning in the future.

I had my first encounter with the team from GAM Air Conditioning 12 years ago at my parents house where they had installed 2 split system air-conditioners. Both are still running to this day with no problems at all. I recently had the team out at my place to install a ducted system upstairs in my townhouse. Mick, Jack & Garry were all very professional, knowledgeable and have plenty of years experience behind them. They are incredibly polite and it shows as it seems to have rubbed off on their young apprentice who was also very courteous while carrying out the works. To say I am pleased with the work carried out is an understatement. They boys were meticulous with their work. I was consulted when they were making decisions around vent placement in my rooms and informed on the reasons why specific placement would be of great benefit. Thank you for getting the job done and doing such a great job.

Very happy with the workmanship, and all round experience with Mick and the boys at GAM Air Conditioning. As an owner of a townhouse, I was told by other air conditioning companies that the job was "too hard" or "not possible" to have ducted air con. Mick and the boys completed the job professionally, with no complaints, also leaving my place clean and tidy. I highly recommend these honest and reliable tradesmen.

Mick just installed my new Fujitsu unit and decommissioned the old one, and the whole job was done properly and professionally. "There are a lot of cowboys in the industry", but I'm glad to say Mick and his crew aren't one of them. He talked me through the work, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was up to code with no shortcuts.
