I am extremely impressed with Sacketts. My heat pump stopped working on a public holiday. I contacted Sacketts the next working day and Cathy had Scott booked to come and check it the same day. I had to have a new heat pump installed. Will and Forest arrived to install the heat pump a week later. They were professional and careful about my carpets and respectful that I had dogs inside. Both very friendly and got the entire installation done having to deal with constant wet weather. I highly recommend Sacketts to anyone needing a new heat pump. Thank you to you all CJ Irving

Mark was very thorough in designing our air conditioning system, and precise in his estimation of the duration of the install. Our house is an odd layout, but he approached it with a "can-do" attitude, and had a quote and a proposal ready for us within a week. The installers tidied up after themselves; were polite; and came on time each day. They didn't take any shortcuts in the installation, even though it wasn't always straightforward. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

Sackett Services were brilliant. I wrote to them seeking a quote for recommendation and then installation of a Type 2 charger (7kWh) for our e-vehicle. They were quick and professional, and we organised installation for ~2 weeks later. They turned up when they said they would, and then speedily (and without fuss) installed the charger on the side of the house. Highly Recommended!

Installation by Coby and Will was faultless. Their attention to detail and the little extras like rehanging a painting that needed to be relocated was very much appreciated. Sacketts installed ducted heating at our place last year, and we remain very happy both with the heating, which works very well and silently, and their services (wish we’d done it years ago!). They were absolutely accurate in their prediction of when they could do the work, how long it would take and how much it would cost, and Brad worked very cheerily around our animals and other unique features of the house.
