Watched one of these guys beep at another car in the parking lot at Elliott heads, tear into a disabled park and hit the wall in front of the park with his vehicle. How employees portray themselves outside of a job is just important as on a job.

We got them out for a quote to replace a/c in June. The guy who came out said he wasn’t the right guy to give a quote. Many calls and two months later the right guy came out. Another month and no quote. Their boss said he couldn’t quote as they would need to patch and paint. Asked for a price on their work and said go ahead, painters are plentiful. Oh we need to order the stuff. Another month, oh we didn’t order the stuff because we didn’t think you were serious. Oh yes we have the stuff now but can’t install before Christmas. We are now in February and no word. These guys are rogues DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! Bundaberg companies over charge and don’t want to work. We now go straight to Hervey Bay for any work we need.

took my cold room vehicle to these guys for a quote, said they would get back to me within a week, a month later I was still trying to get someone to answer the phone or call me back. Finally got sick of waiting, went to pick my vehicle up and found that it had been broken into whilst on the premises, all fuel drained from the vehicle and substantial damage done to fuel inlet, needing replacement. The business owners did not even have the decency to return my calls about the incident and then moved to litigation to retrieve payment from me! They do not deserve to be in business!

Pretty good service always depends on there work load.
