From initial contact by phone, the receptionist was ultra efficient and helpful, through to the air con service where the technician was efficient and helpful on the phone as I couldn't be present at the property. The technician even put my daughters room back together after I had to move the bed to provide access to the internal unit. Will definitely use F and D again.

Had Ford & Doonan install a ducted system to my new build through the builder. Had to get them back after 4 months as one of the rooms was not getting any cooling at all. Turns out the ducting in the roof wasn't connected properly and it was blowing the air into the roof. The airtouch panel also wasn't set up properly, the only saving grace from a 1 star review to a 2 star was Linda, she came out to do the hand over (which should have happened after the install not 4 months down the track) and she was great. Fixed the issue with the room and set it up correctly and showed me how to use it, lovely lady.

Communication from quote to installation was great. The team who installed the aircon in my house were very respectful and polite. They cleaned up after them selves. Would 10/10 recommend Ford & Doonan Bunbury.

We shopped around for a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system for our house and in the end we couldn't go past Ford and Doonan Bunbury due to value for money and the great pre-sales advice and service provided. Jeremy and his team were professional right throughout the process and provided us with a high quality system that suited our house, family and budget and the customer service and quality of the install was excellent. The installers even included our special needs son in small parts of the job and he still talks about it weeks later.
