We wanted to install iZone ducted AC into our two-story home - a very challenging retrofit. We spoke with 8 other AC companies and ANRAC were the only one willing to take on the job. They successfully ran AC to every room in our house, while also retaining our existing cardiffair system. They met every expectation we had, and the system has been working flawlessly for 12 months now. It's quiet, efficient, reliable and convenient. I have entrusted Andrew and his helpful crew at ANRAC with two major installs including a large ducted system and most recently, a smaller split system at two different properties and they did not disappoint. I was updated every step of the way and was encouraged to discuss and negotiate everything from engineering options and the range of products available to us, to how best to design a system that would suit our needs, requirements and budget. Even when I've called with a question about the MyAir app or adjusting the system settings, nothing is ever too much trouble. I was so pleased with their work that my latest referral ended in another large-scale domestic ducted system. Well what can I say I rang Pat and he organised Jimmy to come and install my Air Con - Jimmy was such a nice young man he had been here once before and you know when you just feel comfortable with someone - well that's how I felt - he was professional, on time and most of all polite and courteous he gives credit to the Company he works for and it shows that Anrac and Pat must be looking after him as it shows in his attitude. Most of all I am pleased with a job well done - as they say no muss no fuss. I contacted Anrac because I felt I was being misguided by another company. Anrac and Pat in particular went out of his way to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable with what needed to be done to fix my air conditioner. A pleasant surprise in our day and age. I would most definitely highly recommend Pat and the boys, they are helpful, friendly and know their work 100%. We had Anrac come out to give us a quote on replacing our Air Con system as another company had told us our one could not be fixed as the parts are no longer made. They replied over the weekend and came out the following Monday. The person I spoke to told me he thought he could get the parts, and did so after 2 days. A repair person came out and the job was done for under $1K when the other company had wanted to charge $13K for a new system. It was great to see some honesty, and the service was very quick and professional. I would recommend them.
