We contacted ASSA because they were recommended to us by our neighbour who works in the building industry and he used them to install an aircon in his unit. Our installation was very challenging because we didn't have a suitable wall but Maz came up with a solution which was practical and attractive. He arranged to bring in a multi-skilled trademan who was equally committed to providing 5 star service and together they were the perfect team to complete the installation. The price and completion date were honoured. Without hesitation we recommend this company. They put all their efforts into making sure it was a perfect job.

The ASSA experience to install my split system air con was top notch from initial contact to job completion. The experience of the quoting guy was invaluable in advising on location and the technical aspects of the installation. The price was competitive. Communication was timely, clear and customer friendly. The installation technician was clearly experienced and skilled with good attention to detail and appreciated customer needs. ASSA are an excellent company to deal with. My dealings with Kerrinne was flawless and so professional. The job was done amazingly by Maz who was so professional, friendly and accommodating to come do initial inspection even at late evening notice. We love our new air-con unit - Daikin 5W and it's the best for our medium sized unit. Had a multi split system installed in 2 bulkheads to conceal the pipework so there was coordination aspects between the two of us. ASSA worked in well and were patient with the work required on my part. Very happy with their attitude, workmanship, professionalism, pride in their finished product and customer satisfaction. Will use them for my rental apartment when ready and will happily recommend them which is a big compliment from me.

Maz and the team did a fantastic job on our apartment which wasn't a straightforward install. Maz knowledgeable, gave a competitive quote, understood the requirements of the install perfectly and had a big team to smash the job. The team clearly took pride in their work and very easy to deal with on the day. Dealing with their office was also good, no stress there and they were very diligent, helpful and friendly. ASSA and Maz are highly recommended.

If I could give more than five stars , I would. Maz arrived to service our system with enthusiasm. A thorough clean was required on the main unit to remove an enormous amount of mould and dirt. We are very grateful to Maz for adjusting his schedule to accomodate this extra job in the service. Well priced and very professional. Highly recommended
